Job Title: Bilingual Recruiter (Spanish) – Contract-to-Hire

Location: Nashville, TN (onsite)

Pay: $30–35/hour

We’re seeking a bilingual (Spanish-speaking) recruiter to support a high-volume hiring environment for hourly field-based roles across multiple business units. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with strong potential for permanent placement and career growth.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for 15–25 open roles at a time
• Source and screen candidates for frontline and skilled labor positions across different sites
• Partner closely with hiring teams to understand hiring needs and provide candidate recommendations
• Conduct phone interviews, coordinate assessments, and assist with onboarding
• Maintain records in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
• Communicate with Spanish-speaking candidates and help guide them through the process
• Ensure compliance with hiring requirements including background checks and job-specific certifications

What You Bring:

• 2+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in high-volume or labor-driven industries
• Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
• Strong communication skills, especially over the phone
• Comfort working independently in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with recruiting software or ATS platforms (bonus if you’ve used systems like Tenstreet)

Details:

• Onsite position based near downtown Nashville
• 6-month contract with strong likelihood of early conversion
