Daybreak Dental is excited to announce an opening for a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist at our private dental practice located in the vibrant community of Austin, Texas. This is a Full-Time opening that requires the presence of the dentist onsite, as the role is Not a Remote Job. The Associate Dentist will take an active role in promoting dental health by performing a broad range of dental procedures. Duties and Responsibilities
Perform a wide range of general dental procedures, including fillings, extractions, crowns, and root canals.
Conduct comprehensive exams, diagnoses, and treatment planning.
Educate patients about oral hygiene and preventive care measures.
Maintain thorough and accurate patient clinical records using Open Dental software.
Adhere to all infection control, OSHA, and clinical safety protocols.
Utilize advanced digital systems such as iTero for scanning and treatment support.
Collaborate with the dental team to ensure continuity of care and high patient satisfaction.
Requirements
DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
Active dental license in the state of Texas.
Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in general dentistry.
Proficiency in endodontics, extractions, and utilizing digital workflows (e.g., iTero).
Familiarity with Open Dental software is preferred.
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with both patients and team members.

$250,000.00 - $350,000.00 per year
