Assistant Superintendent - Commercial

Location: Company based in Atlanta (Traveling throughout the Southeast)

Base Salary: $65-68k

Per Diem: $2500 + (based on location and project)

As an Assistant Superintendent, you’ll have the opportunity to:

• Work alongside the Lead Superintendent to manage the daily operations on the commercial construction site.
• Assist in coordinating and supervising trade contractors and their subcontractors in the commercial sector.
• Participate in developing, documenting, and communicating fieldwork plans, including any changes that arise during commercial construction.
• Support the implementation of safety protocols as the on-site safety representative in the commercial setting.
• Communicate project schedule updates and changes to the Project Team and Trade Contractors in the context of commercial construction.
• Collaborate on planning, coordinating, and managing jobsite logistics specific to commercial projects.
• Contribute to ensuring the completion of commercial projects with a strong emphasis on quality.

Do you:

• Possess 1-5 years of experience in a superintendent or applicable role within the commercial construction industry?
• Excel in teamwork and collaborative environments, especially in a commercial construction context?
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills tailored to the demands of commercial projects?
• Have effective communication skills crucial for the commercial construction setting?
• Proficient in using Microsoft and Procore or other construction management software applicable to commercial construction?
