Are you passionate about hospitality, food & beverage and creating unforgettable guest experiences? The Essex Resort & Spa is looking for a dynamic Assistant Restaurant Manager to help lead our restaurant operations with heart, hustle and hospitality.

What You’ll Do:

As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you’ll support the daily operations of our restaurants and bar, working side by side with the Restaurant Manager and culinary leadership to:

  • Deliver exceptional guest service in a fast-paced, resort-style environment
  • Lead, coach, and inspire a team of servers, hosts, runners and bartenders
  • Ensure smooth daily execution of service—from breakfast to dinner
  • Monitor quality, safety, cleanliness and consistency in all dining areas
  • Support scheduling, training, inventory and shift coverage as needed
  • Jump in wherever needed to keep service running smoothly

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1–3 years of restaurant management or supervisory experience (resort/F&B experience a plus)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • A hands-on, team-first attitude—you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves
  • Flexibility to work weekends, evenings and holidays
  • A genuine love for great food, guest service and creating positive team culture
