Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for Kindergarten or art teacher at ISAAC ELEMENTARY DISTRICT, located in Phoenix, AZ. Teachers will be responsible for planning and delivering lessons, developing curriculum, and engaging with students in a supportive and nurturing environment. Day-to-day tasks include creating lesson plans, assessing student progress, maintaining classroom discipline, and communicating with parents and school staff. Teachers are also expected to participate in faculty meetings and professional development sessions.

Position Purpose
To develop students' interest, abilities, talents and skills for artistic expression and creativity in the visual arts, as well as aesthetic understanding and appreciation by implementing district approved curriculum; documenting teaching and student progress/activities/outcomes; developing lesson plans; modeling the necessary skills to performing assigned tasks; providing a safe and optimal learning environment; and providing feedback to students, parents and administration regarding student progress, expectations, goals, etc.
