Job Description

This is your opportunity to join a collaborative, mission-driven team that is changing lives and revitalizing neighborhoods across the region. We believe housing is more than just shelter, it’s the foundation for thriving individuals and strong communities. We are dedicated to creating affordable housing that residents are proud to call home, and we’re looking for an Architectural Project Coordinator who shares our passion for design with purpose. Join us and help create communities where everyone has the opportunity to thrive. Location: Cincinnati, OH (Hybrid – 1 day WFH per week)

What You’ll Do

As a Project Coordinator, you will support the architectural team and project managers through every phase of affordable housing projects, helping transform conceptual designs into vibrant communities. You’ll:

  • Develop preliminary and conceptual designs, including site plans, building layouts, elevations, and amenities.
  • Research and interpret zoning codes, building codes, and accessibility requirements at city, county, and state levels.
  • Prepare, organize, and review construction drawings and specifications.
  • Drive the plan review and permitting process to keep projects on track.
  • Collaborate with development teams, consultants, and construction partners to ensure projects meet design intent, deadlines, and budgets.
  • Contribute to housing solutions that have a real, lasting impact on families and communities!

What You Bring

  • Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Architecture degree.
  • 2–3 years of architectural experience
  • AutoCAD and Revit proficiency required
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
  • Familiarity with building codes and accessibility design requirements.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and attention to detail.
  • A genuine passion for affordable housing and community improvement.

Why Join Our Team?

  • Make a difference: Your work will directly impact low-income families by providing safe, stable, and beautiful housing.
  • Growth potential: We invest in our team—this role is a direct pathway to becoming a Project Manager.
  • Collaborative culture: Work alongside a small tight-knit team, with flexibility to innovate and contribute ideas.
  • Flexibility: One day per week remote work, flexible start times, and a supportive environment that values work–life balance.
  • Benefits: Very affordable medical/dental/vision insurance, 401k, Quarterly Bonuses, Unlimited PTO, and more.
