Agency Services Representative

Summary
The Agency Services Representative supports funeral home clients by addressing insurance needs, responding to inquiries, assisting with claims, and resolving issues. The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, accuracy, and timely communication.

Responsibilities
Respond to client calls, including emergencies.
Prepare insurance summaries, proposals, and correspondence.
Assist with claims submission, follow-up, and settlements.
Maintain accurate electronic files and records.
Process incoming mail, calls, and emails promptly.
Review cancellation notices and take corrective action.
Prioritize tasks to ensure timely, accurate service.
Collaborate with colleagues and update procedures as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent insurance experience.
Property, Casualty, and Life licenses preferred.
Knowledge of insurance products and markets; AMS 360 experience a plus.
Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and office systems.

The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company's 401(k) retirement plan.
