To support our team working out of the San Diego, CA office we are actively seeking an Administrative Assistant.

As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our San Diego office. Your responsibilities will contribute to a well-organized work environment and support office events and activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Phone Management: Professionally handle and direct phone calls, serving as the first point of contact.
  • Front Desk Staffing: Greet visitors as they enter the office.
  • Correspondence Handling: Efficiently manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, encompassing emails, mail, and packages.
  • Record Management: Maintain a structured filing system, organizing records, and important documentation.
  • Vendor and Maintenance Coordination: Coordinate with vendors for repairs and office maintenance, including general housekeeping
  • Maintain well-stocked office supplies and snacks to promote productivity and prevent disruptions in daily operations.
  • Event Support: Contribute to the planning and organization of events and activities, fostering a positive and collaborative atmosphere.
  • Clerical support and assistance on various miscellaneous items.
  • Data entry and writing, editing, and proof-reading documents.
  • Organize lunch and learns and training sessions for the office.
  • On-boarding Assistance: Participate in the on-boarding process ensuring seamless integration of new team members.

Qualifications:

  • Friendly, service-oriented personality
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail and accuracy in document management and data entry.
  • Office Experience: Previous office administration experience desired

Compensation

  • Ranges from $17.75-$21 per hour based on qualifications for full time employment Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
