Job Title: Accounts Payable (AP) Manager
Location: Livermore, CA
Pay Rate: $100,000 - $125,000 annually
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire (TTH) or Direct Hire (DH)

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the AP department.
Supervise AP staff, including performance management and professional development.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and expense reports.
Maintain compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
Reconcile AP transactions and resolve any discrepancies.
Collaborate with Procurement and other departments to streamline AP processes.
Prepare reports related to AP metrics and month-end close activities.
Ensure vendor relationships are maintained and inquiries are resolved promptly.
Assist with audits and implement best practices in AP management.
Leverage Oracle ERP to optimize AP processes and reporting.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
5+ years of progressive experience in Accounts Payable, including 2+ years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Strong knowledge of Oracle ERP systems (required).
Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
